- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Continuously optimize project processes
- Identify and resolve gaps, risks, and misalignments
- Unblock teams and ensure smooth execution
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Align stakeholders and foster shared accountability
- Facilitate effective decision-making
- Escalate issues with clear recommendations
- Maintain transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Implement structured governance and reporting
