- Drive end-to-end project execution from concept to sustainable integration
- Align diverse stakeholders in an international setup
- Secure market buy-in for global standards and solutions
- Gather and translate business needs into project roadmaps
- Set project priorities and deliverables
- Ensure measurable business impact
- Build trust as the operational interface between global functions
- Coordinate with local market organizations, IT, and external partners
- Manage change, risks, and dependencies within the project portfolio
- Ensure transparency, training, and adoption across markets
