- Strong strategic, decision-making, and communication skills
Aufgaben
- Lead large-scale pharmaceutical capital EPC projects
- Serve as primary interface to executive leadership
- Define project strategy and execution models
- Manage master schedules and project budgets
- Oversee engineering and construction phases
- Direct commissioning, qualification, and validation processes
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and GMP standards
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments
- Manage CAPEX planning and financial risk
- Control costs and major procurement decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners
- Coordinate subprojects and EPCM contractors
- Optimize project management processes and tools
- Facilitate structured knowledge transfer and lessons learned
