- Technical understanding of reporting platforms
- Technical understanding of ERP data structures
- Technical understanding of integration patterns
- Experience with ERP systems in complex enterprise environment (advantageous)
- Experience with ERP systems in international enterprise environment (advantageous)
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders across multiple countries
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Strong requirements analysis skills
- Ability to elicit, structure, and validate business requirements
- Ability to develop product vision, strategy, roadmap
- Ability to communicate product vision to team and stakeholders
- Proficiency in agile product management methodologies
- CSPO or equivalent certification (plus)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- German language skills (plus)
- Spanish language skills (plus)
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, data analytics, economics, or comparable field (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Align stakeholders across the group and holding
- Manage requirements and prioritization
- Implement scalable, group-wide reporting platform
- Integrate data from global ERP systems
- Work with architects and engineers for scalable design
- Capture and translate reporting requirements
- Create well-defined epics, user stories, and criteria
- Act as central interface between business and tech teams
- Ensure shared understanding of priorities and progress
- Lay foundation for future expansions
- Focus on reliable, scalable reporting
- Define and improve agile product management practices
