- Act as primary point of contact for external partners

- Coordinate end-to-end product development and change management
- Own backlog and align product roadmap
- Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams
- Establish governance routines for roadmap reviews
- Drive delivery synchronizations and escalation management
- Oversee commercial topics like cost structures and contracts
- Manage internal and external billing
- Support sales with product expertise
- Participate in pre-sales activities (proposals, pilots, customer discussions)
