- Support client pitches as a subject matter expert
- Engineer requirements and functional specifications
- Document requirements through workshops and interviews
- Translate business needs into user stories
- Define and enhance client-specific business processes
- Consult customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Advise clients on communication and process aspects
- Bridge internal and client stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with development and design teams
- Facilitate client workshops for idea creation
- Monitor digital market trends and business impacts
