Anforderungen

  • •Senior-level experience in financial crime with focus on AML
  • •Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems, AML rules, alerting, and investigative processes
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory environments and supervisory expectations
  • •Product mindset with experience as Product Owner or in product-adjacent role
  • •Technical proficiency with AI-driven systems, including rules engines and ML models
  • •Proactive and autonomous communicator who takes ownership
  • •Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer teams
  • •Experience with direct competitors or internal bank compliance teams
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a bonus

Aufgaben

  • •Own and evolve product areas related to AML, transaction monitoring, and investigations
  • •Translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements
  • •Act as the subject matter expert for AML regulations and investigative processes
  • •Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on innovative solutions
  • •Drive product discovery and delivery from problem definition to rollout
  • •Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient workflows
  • •Manage commercial aspects including business case development and pricing
  • •Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate solutions
  • •Support pre-sales and post-sales activities requiring AML expertise
  • •Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments
