Aufgaben
- Develop deep buyer personas with Product Management and Sales
- Create audience-specific product positioning and messaging frameworks
- Ensure messages resonate with leasing companies, vehicle dealers, and private EV owners
- Plan and coordinate product and feature launches
- Align timelines, stakeholders, and messaging across marketing, sales, and product
- Develop full GTM playbooks for new market entries
- Translate central strategy into locally relevant launch plans
- Train sales team on product updates, new positioning, and competitive developments
- Create and maintain a high-quality library of sales materials
- Tailor sales materials to different buyer personas and sales stages
- Provide dedicated support to international sales teams
- Adapt and localize materials to fit specific market contexts and customer needs
- Build and maintain a structured view of the competitive landscape
- Develop targeted battle cards
- Run regular win/loss analysis with Sales
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product, sales, and leadership
- Build and run a systematic Voice-of-Customer program
- Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and sales teams
- Synthesize insights to inform positioning and product roadmap
- Ensure customer perspective is represented in product and marketing decisions
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing on product-related content
- Collaborate with the Growth team on landing pages, paid campaigns, and conversion-focused copy
- Align with Product Management on roadmap communications and internal product updates
