- Translate operational strategy into scalable product solutions
- Shape warehouse, order, and delivery management systems
- Define and own the Supply Chain and Fulfillment roadmap
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams
- Drive measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs
- Lead the end-to-end internal product lifecycle
- Prioritize, deliver, and roll out product improvements
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities through product discovery
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies for innovation
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of initiatives
- Translate operational needs into functional specifications
- Define KPIs for data-led optimization
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions
- Prepare product proposals and business cases
- Develop strategic recommendations to secure stakeholder buy-in
