Anforderungen

- Master's degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
- Proven successful project management skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of own area and contribution to new concepts
- Extensive understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- In-depth understanding of market research designs and commercial goals
- Ability to forecast product lines accurately
- Ability to assess market share, pricing, and competitive dynamics
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare networks
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Ability to represent leadership on project sections
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with regional teams
- Adherence to all company rules and safety requirements
Aufgaben
- Develop annual product marketing plan
- Execute marketing plan for Edwards products
- Market to internal teams, clinicians, and hospital administrators
- Create comprehensive marketing plans for major launches
- Lead product launches with regional partners
- Ensure stakeholder readiness for product launches
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders
- Inform product communication with KOL insights
- Understand current market environment and competition
- Develop product marketing campaigns and messages
- Base campaigns on regional strategies and current literature
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Create product materials and programs
- Support product differentiation and commercialization
- Lead projects to enhance congress presence
- Drive marketing collateral and labeling approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop clinical story for regional value proposition
- Manage budgets for product line, campaigns, and projects
- Analyze clinical and market data
- Assess regional impact of activities
- Perform other incidental duties
