As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide agile teams in developing innovative solutions, ensuring the integration of hardware and software while collaborating with diverse experts to meet client needs and drive product success.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in a technical or economic field
• •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar in complex product development
• •Proven experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Nexus)
• •Background in hardware development
• •Deep skills in requirement engineering and scope management
• •Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination capabilities
• •Ability to lead and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
• •Empathetic, recipient-oriented communication and confident stakeholder engagement
• •Willingness for occasional travel to clients and/or conferences
• •Ability/Willingness to develop understanding on topics beyond your professional domain
• •Experience in the Oil and Gas industry; preferably with an operator
• •Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
• •Ability to translate technical capabilities into client value propositions

Aufgaben

• •Lead agile teams in sensor, hardware, and software development
• •Define and prioritize product features and roadmap
• •Manage the product backlog and maintain user stories, epics, and features
• •Collaborate with SCRUM/Nexus teams to drive agile development cycles
• •Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate needs into product requirements
• •Ensure seamless integration of hardware, AI models, and software components
• •Oversee product testing, validation, and client rollout
• •Plan and communicate the product roadmap
