- Experience in medical device industry
- Experience in leading technical projects and teams in matrix organizations
Aufgaben
- Lead technical projects
- Develop products according to Design Control and Idea to Market processes
- Plan and coordinate design verification and validation activities
- Ensure specifications and documentation are timely and of high quality
- Manage cross-functional team documentation for new product development
- Oversee external partners, suppliers, and KOLs
- Identify and file patentable designs with IP department
- Identify and support process and product improvements
- Report achievements and escalate challenges to managers
