Anforderungen

  • 3+ years proven product development experience (jersey, sweat, sportswear)
  • Deep understanding of jersey fabrics, trims, and garment construction
  • Strong expertise in apparel graphics (placement, print, embroidery, applications)
  • Advanced MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and LM tools skills
  • Structured, reliable team player with analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Genuine passion for fashion and sportswear brands

Aufgaben

  • Oversee fit and workmanship approvals
  • Execute graphic designs for jersey and sweat categories
  • Develop product documentation
  • Support product development from concept to final product
  • Ensure garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards
  • Manage target costing for assigned styles
  • Partner with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality for cost optimization
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers
  • Challenge cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities
  • Approve garment fit throughout development cycle
  • Participate in fittings
  • Review and validate workmanship and construction details
  • Ensure graphic applications meet standards
  • Create and maintain accurate product documentation
  • Safeguard timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, and Buying
