- Effective communication with cross-functional teams (user/business goals)
- Fluent in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills
Aufgaben
- Own experience design for Fusion web and native apps.
- Transform complex trading concepts into clear interfaces.
- Design advanced trading web and mobile experiences.
- Translate complex trading concepts into intuitive workflows.
- Integrate real-time market data and analytical tools.
- Co-own and improve the design system.
- Lead design projects from concept to launch.
- Conduct design sprints and collaboration sessions.
- Perform sketching and wireframing.
- Develop low to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user testing.
- Present designs to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
- Translate user insights into product hypotheses.
- Translate business needs into product hypotheses.
- Define and validate new products.
- Design interfaces for complex trading systems.
- Visualize high-frequency market data.
- Structure order book depth and price movements.
- Visualize and structure trading analytics.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and performance.
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests.
- Leverage data insights for design validation.
- Iterate on designs based on research.
- Ensure designs meet user needs.
- Align designs with product strategy.
- Support design peers.
- Contribute to design maturity.
- Advocate for user experience across teams.
