Anforderungen
- 5-10 years product analytics or data science experience
- Deep familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, cohort analysis
- Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Mobile app experience is a plus
- Proven ability to apply behavioral and statistical analysis methods
- Experience with behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, regression modeling
- Fluent in SQL
- Fluent in Python
- Strong technical skills for data manipulation, analysis, visualization
- Strong product sense
- Ability to generate product and behavioral hypotheses
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Communicate data insights, limitations, approaches to audiences
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance analytical output
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting every point
Aufgaben
- Establish product analytics function
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success
- Analyze retention drivers and long-term engagement
- Generate actionable product insights
- Inform roadmap decisions
- Design A/B tests for statistical rigor
- Calculate sample sizes for experiments
- Analyze A/B test results using cohort analysis
- Apply causal inference methods
- Create analytics frameworks
- Develop event taxonomy
- Maintain data quality
- Partner with data platform team
- Enable Product Manager self-service
- Develop tooling and documentation
- Provide light-touch support
- Use AI tools and MCP integrations
