Aufgaben
- Prepare, review, and execute validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production for robust validation
- Ensure process validation aligns with QMS, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures
- Evaluate and approve change requests for validation impact
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process validation status
- Support lifecycle activities for equipment
- Prepare decommissioning documentation
- Perform statistical analyses using Minitab
- Contribute to NPI projects throughout the product lifecycle
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits
- Provide technical support to value stream processes
- Achieve key business metrics
- Manage costs through scrap reduction, rework, and consumables projects
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Support new product introductions
- Handle process transfers and equipment qualifications
- Conduct risk assessments and FMEAs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
