Aufgaben
- Design and implement the Privacy Compliance Management System
- Identify and assess complex data protection risks
- Collaborate with Works Councils to clear privacy projects
- Ensure cross-border data transfers comply with regulations
- Review third-party contracts for privacy and vendor risk
- Advise on compliance and conduct impact assessments
- Communicate directly with Data Protection Authorities
- Document data processing activities in the central RoPA
- Draft privacy policies, procedures, and legal notices
- Manage and respond to data subject requests
- Coordinate global privacy implementation across different regions
- Monitor, report, and prevent data breaches
- Prepare for data protection audits and controls
- Raise awareness and provide privacy compliance training
