Aufgaben

• •Lead and mentor scientific development teams
• •Develop strategic concepts for extended-release ocular formulations
• •Manage end-to-end development from feasibility to registration
• •Implement innovative formulation and process technologies
• •Oversee external collaborations with CDMOs
• •Represent the drug product department in international teams
• •Coordinate pharmaceutical development activities for NCE projects
• •Apply QbD and QRM principles to product development
• •Approve manufacturing documentation and internal CMC reports
• •Contribute to regulatory submissions and health authority queries
• •Support patent applications with the intellectual property department
• •Drive innovation through cutting-edge technology scouting
• •Foster cross-functional knowledge exchange within the scientific network
• •Represent the company in external scientific organizations
