Anforderungen
- Several years of hands-on experience as Power BI Administrator, BI Engineer, or comparable senior analytics platform role
- Expert knowledge of Power BI Admin Portal, Premium capacity management, gateways, security configuration, and refresh optimization
- Deep understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, and performance tuning in enterprise environments
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise landscapes
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or data catalog tools
- Evaluation of new features for scalability, cost efficiency, performance, and user experience
- Independent, systematic, and results-oriented work
- Professional analyses and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent German and English communication, verbal and written

- Own Power BI tenant architecture
- Plan and optimize Microsoft Fabric capacity
- Define and enforce governance standards
- Manage and optimize Premium capacities
- Ensure stable and scalable platform
- Provide advanced support for complex incidents
- Monitor and log platform performance
- Implement robust security concepts
- Promote Power BI self-service enablement
- Guide data modeling and DAX optimization
- Conduct trainings and workshops
- Drive adoption of new features
