- Strong communication and documentation skills in English
Aufgaben
- Define and drive performance measurement and analysis
- Optimize Proton VPN’s end-to-end performance
- Design and own the performance framework
- Define metrics and KPIs for user experience
- Develop distributed testing systems for network conditions
- Continuously measure and analyze performance across platforms
- Identify bottlenecks and regressions in performance
- Collaborate with teams to optimize protocol handling and connection setup
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance health
- Set up automated alerts for global performance monitoring
- Contribute to resilient connectivity strategies
- Mentor others and promote a data-driven performance culture
