- •7+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or business development
- •Proven success in building partner ecosystems
- •Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and managed service models
- •Ability to influence and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders
- •Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, proactive, and driven
- •Experience collaborating with direct sales teams
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- •Willingness to travel across the DACH region
