- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Broad knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques
- Relevant certifications in Azure and AI
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions on Azure
- Develop high-level solution designs that integrate with existing data platforms
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML to drive value
- Translate client needs into solution roadmaps and technical plans
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams
- Guide Azure AI Engineers and Data Engineers in best practices
- Mentor team members in advanced AI techniques
- Review designs and code to ensure quality
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for the team
- Implement reproducible workflows and CI/CD for ML models
- Automate testing and monitor model performance in production
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and Azure services
- Evaluate new technologies and incorporate generative AI capabilities
- Oversee multiple AI projects to ensure architectural consistency
- Act as the go-to expert for complex technical problems
- Develop reusable architecture blueprints and reference implementations
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and training for colleagues
- Support the growth of a community of practice around AI/ML
