- Support enterprise customers in designing modern digital workplaces
- Provide end-to-end consulting on collaboration, productivity, security, and AI
- Design secure architectures for Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Enable adoption of Microsoft Copilot and ensure governance
- Develop scalable solution architectures for cloud and hybrid environments
- Translate customer requirements into future-ready workplace strategies
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions with customers
- Present architectural solutions to technical and business stakeholders
- Support presales activities including solution shaping and proposal development
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Managed Services, and global teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance and security standards
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across teams
- Enhance customer environments in productivity, security, and governance
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 innovations in security and AI
- Manage complex customer engagements and ensure high satisfaction
- Work with Microsoft and internal units for seamless solution execution

- Implement Zero Trust architecture principles and conditional access
