- GA4 mastery (data model, BigQuery integration, advanced configurations)
- Ad platform integrations experience (Meta Conversions API, Google Ads offline/enhanced conversions)
- HubSpot or similar MAP experience (workflow automation, data management, integrations)
- Data fundamentals (SQL, database design, data modeling concepts)
- Privacy & compliance knowledge (GDPR, CCPA, cookie consent, first-party data)
- APIs & integrations comfort (webhooks, API documentation, integration patterns)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to write clear technical specifications for data engineers
- Ability to create effective and utilized documentation
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and self-unblocking
