Anforderungen

  • •Motivated, collaborative mindset
  • •5+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related quantitative field
  • •Strong understanding of Customer Engagement/Retention metrics
  • •Structured, results-oriented approach
  • •Solid technical skills, including SQL and Spreadsheets
  • •Tableau or similar visualization tool
  • •Python
  • •Demonstrated project ownership and stakeholder-management skills
  • •Excellent communication skills in English

  • •Translate data into clear analytical problem statements
  • •Provide actionable strategic recommendations based on insights
  • •Build and evolve reporting and visualization assets
  • •Support day-to-day decision-making with data insights
  • •Measure and monitor Global Actives Engagement performance
  • •Identify opportunities to improve key customer and business KPIs
  • •Lead high-impact analytical projects in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams
  • •Streamline analytical processes with scalable and automated solutions
  • •Coach and mentor junior analysts within Global Marketing Analytics
