- •10+ years in market development, business development, marketing or sales
- •Experience leading significant initiatives with measurable impact
- •Hands-on experience in B2B sales or key account management
- •Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting and forecasting
- •Confident user of CRM systems and standard business software
- •Proven collaboration with marketing, sales, product, finance and medical affairs
- •Experience mentoring or informally leading others
- •Fluency in German and English
