Anforderungen
- Excellent academic degree in IT, business, engineering, data science, or related field
- At least 5-10 years consulting or industry experience in pricing, marketing, or sales software
- Track record of delivering AI-driven initiatives
- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions
- Solid understanding of Agentic/Gen AI technologies and concepts
- Application of AI in scalable, production-ready environments
- Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures and data landscapes
- Enabling AI readiness through robust data infrastructure, quality, and governance
- Integrating Agentic/Gen AI into enterprise systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP)
- Very good understanding of vendor selection and RFP/RFI processes
- Up-to-date with technological and software industry trends
- Keen on expanding knowledge by digging into new software products
- Familiarity with IT landscape and architecture of different organization sizes
- Advising clients on reaching next-level excellence
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Coaching junior colleagues
- Proficiency in steering strategic projects
- Overseeing teams and engaging with stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
- Conscientious and dynamic attitude
- Highly skilled communicator and presenter
