In this role, you will focus on building and scaling the refurbishment business by analyzing market trends, designing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with quality and data standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, process design, and collaboration with partners.

Anforderungen

• •Proven success in setting up and scaling refurbished business
• •Deep understanding of refurb value chain, economics & KPIs
• •Hands-on experience with reverse logistics, grading, quality & diagnostic flows
• •Partner/vendor management, SLAs, hybrid operation models
• •Experience with trade-in / buy-back sourcing and pricing mechanisms
• •Knowledge of compliance & data erasure standards (GDPR, WEEE)
• •Familiarity with required tools & systems (WMS/OMS, diagnostics, serialization)
• •Experience with tooling/tech stacks: WMS/OMS, diagnostic tools, serialization/IMEI, tracking
• •Ability to translate strategy into executable operating models, processes & pilot plans
• •Proven success in international venture building / omnichannel refurbished platform business
• •Extensive retail experience
• •Deep commercial understanding and proven experience in P&L responsibility
• •Tech savvy, strong innovation acumen
