Anforderungen
- Scientific degree (pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, Biology, chemistry or related)
- Track record and skills/experience in Quality functions (pharmaceutical/biotech)
- Batch review/manufacturing oversight experience
- Good understanding of biologics drug substance manufacturing
- Experience in aseptic manufacture of biologic DP/combination products (desirable)
- Knowledge of validation requirements (Bio/Pharma industry)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately in busy/demanding environment
- Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work proactively using own initiative
- Audit skills (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Oversee MoonLake's manufacturing supply chain for GMP compliance
- Support client groups on GMP compliance within MoonLake and CDMOs
- Collaborate with MoonLake's Quality team and consultants
- Represent Quality on specific project teams
- Familiarize with MoonLake's products, technical agreements, and regulatory dossiers
- Stay updated on international GMP compliance requirements
- Maintain and improve MoonLake's quality systems
- Ensure GXP compliance of contractors for API manufacture and testing
- Manage QA contact with CMO/CTO for set-up, deviations, and change assessment
- Review batches for GMP compliance
- Advise client groups on GMP compliance
- Ensure QPs are informed of compliance issues affecting clinical products
- Support validation activities at CMOs/CTOs
- Perform other quality assurance duties as required
