- Proactive, organised, and comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead agencies and inspire cross-functional teams
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver the performance marketing strategy
- Define and track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Lead relationships with agencies and platforms like Google and Meta
- Convert audience segmentation data into channel-level tactics
- Partner with Brand Comms for campaign consistency
- Co-author the integrated media plan
- Own CRM and CDP programs to enhance retention and loyalty growth
- Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B and multivariate tests
- Validate impact using incrementality tools and MMM
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Content to create tailored assets
- Plan and optimize the digital media budget with Finance
- Build and automate dashboards for real-time results
- Stay updated on ad-tech and privacy shifts, sharing best practices
