- Conduct annual and mid-year performance evaluations
- Coordinate timelines with internal and external collaborators
- Build rapport with internal departments and sister sites
- Investigate internal incidents and customer complaints
- Assign corrective and preventive measures
- Report critical metrics to management
- Ensure safety and efficiency in all activities
- Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Integrate Practical Process Improvement into daily work
