- •Five years experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Operations or Health & Safety
- •Experience managing external service providers and complex contract structures
- •Familiarity with German workplace safety, building compliance and fire protection standards
- •Clear, empathetic communication and strong stakeholder awareness
- •Structured, pragmatic and execution-focused work style
- •Fluent German and English skills

- •Define the global facilities and safety strategy
- •Establish standards, policies, and governance frameworks
- •Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations
- •Manage external FM and HSE providers
- •Oversee contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews
- •Coordinate inspections, audits, and maintenance activities
- •Evaluate provider recommendations for risk and cost
- •Plan operational activities with office management teams
- •Manage on-site scheduling, access, and processes
- •Act as the central escalation point for incidents
- •Document and follow up on compliance risks
- •Collaborate with internal departments and external landlords
- •Develop workplace concepts that foster collaboration and wellbeing
