- Evaluate provider recommendations for risk and cost
- Plan operational activities with office management teams
- Manage on-site scheduling, access, and processes
- Act as the central escalation point for incidents
- Document and follow up on compliance risks
- Collaborate with internal departments and external landlords
- Develop workplace concepts that foster collaboration and wellbeing
