Aufgaben
- Develop market-specific digital and e-commerce strategy with franchisee partners
- Lead market-level business review cadences and feedback loops
- Translate data into insights, blockers, decisions, and next actions
- Maintain decision log discipline for country reviews
- Own the overarching EMEA channel strategy
- Refine product capabilities into sales, traffic, and profit drivers
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to develop channel capabilities
- Pilot individual initiatives with specific countries
- Synthesize learnings back into overarching channel strategy
- Partner with central Data/BI Team on new channel data definition
- Provide visualization design guidance to Data/BI Team
- Communicate reporting needs to Data/BI Team
- Own interpretation and storytelling with data to drive action
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams on roadmap and feature development
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Data, Operations, and franchisees to remove roadblocks
- Accelerate restaurant technology deployment execution
- Represent the digital growth agenda in EMEA leadership forums
- Contribute to executive narrative on performance, risks, and asks
- Own the monthly Acquisition/CRM Growth Lab
- Contribute to the AI/Automation Lab
- Turn market learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and best practices
- Publish scalable insights to the EMEA Learning Library
- Own the weekly Digital & Engagement performance compilation
- Use AI and automation tools to scale meeting preparation
- Use AI and automation tools to scale decision logs
- Use AI and automation tools to scale follow-ups
- Use AI and automation tools to scale insight generation
- Use AI and automation tools to scale knowledge management
