- Coordinate between business stakeholders and I&D
- Document business requirements and process inputs
- Contribute to business rules and standards definition
- Support senior stakeholders in validation and approval
- Translate future-state processes into actionable requirements
- Ensure master data supports critical workflows
- Document standards framework for ERP and SI RFP
- Prepare materials for stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate workshops and track adherence to principles
- Coordinate data cleansing and documentation activities
- Ensure migration readiness within defined timelines
- Align processes between ERP and other IATA systems
- Collaborate with I&D while maintaining business ownership
- Support governance processes
- Prepare inputs for risk and issue tracking
- Escalate deviations through appropriate channels
