- Experience in advanced management reporting system and B.I. tools (Power BI)
- Database languages (SQL) experience
- Proficient knowledge of international accounting principles and controlling methods
- University graduate, degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Engineering
- Strong team player who operates and collaborates effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong process and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical mindset and solid PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
- Ability to effectively present findings to Steerco team
Aufgaben
- Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain and Finance processes
- Support EMEA Supply Chain transformation initiatives
- Drive project management activities related to Supply Chain Finance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and improve Data Analytics packages for Supply Chain expenses
- Support effective decision-making for Supply Chain business partners
- Promote best practices for cost efficiency
- Provide Supply Chain Finance requirements for projects and system transformations
- Identify internal and external issues related to project requirements
- Recommend solutions and best practices
- Support testing, user training, and rollout of blueprint solutions
- Lead business case creation as Stream leader for Finance in projects
- Serve as the single point of contact for system changes affecting Supply Chain Finance
- Align with business partners on key insights and recommendations
- Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership teams
- Engage in global projects impacting Supply Chain and Finance
- Design and develop reporting dashboards for Supply Chain performance
- Socialize developed reporting tools and dashboards with stakeholders
- Train analysts and users on leveraging developed solutions
- Provide feedback to Digital Technology and B.I. functions for integrated analytics
- Analyze data to drive optimization of Supply Chain metrics
- Promote best practices and BI tools in Supply Chain reporting
- Develop tools for analyzing Supply Chain cost and variances reconciliation
- Identify gaps in SOX compliance and enhance Finance processes
- Support governance of Supply Chain Finance processes
- Leverage accounting systems and BI tools for efficiency improvements
