- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI
- Strong communication skills for presenting figures and actionable recommendations
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in factor analysis and bridge creation
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and 3PL models
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams for accurate financial planning
- Develop and maintain financial models and variance analyses
- Conduct cost control and labor planning for the supply chain network
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to align with financial targets
- Lead the creation of performance dashboards and report financial metrics
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in supply chain operations
- Serve as the primary operational finance partner for the supply chain team
- Create bridges between operational data and financial statements
- Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting for expenditures
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for financial oversight
- Oversee system integrations for accurate data collection and automation
