Aufgaben
- Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, track decisions, and provide project reporting
- Create, maintain, and analyze project plans, timelines, action logs, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and status reports
- Coordinate project activities across internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external parties
- Drive project delivery by coordinating activities and communicating progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, dynamic business requirements, and competing priorities
- Work with technical leads and project contributors to resolve delivery issues and roadblocks
- Proactively identify, track, escalate, and eliminate impediments affecting scope, timeline, budget, quality, or implementation
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, validate, refine, and prioritize business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical work
- Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, map processes, identify pain points, and align stakeholders on solutions
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, business cases, and functional documentation
- Support intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and coordination of new technology requests
- Help establish and improve scalable project-management, business-analysis, vendor-management, and governance practices
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and standardize ways of working
- Coordinate the onboarding of new IT vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Manage other special projects and perform other duties as needed
