Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science
- Experience in Monetization, AdTech, or Marketplace environment
- 2+ years of experience mentoring, leading, or managing analysts
- Experience as Technical Lead or Scrum Master for data team
- Expert SQL skills
- Expert BI visualization tool skills
- Solid understanding of Python
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts
- Comfort with Google Cloud Platform or similar
- Exceptional prioritization skills
- Ability to identify main opportunities
- Ability to prioritize efforts
- Ability to respectfully say "no" to stakeholders
- Ability to teach team to say "no" to stakeholders
- Strong commercial fluency
- Understanding of digital ad auctions (CPM/CPC)
- Ability to measure initiative profitability
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of data analysts in the AdTech division
- Transition the team from reactive to proactive, consultative role
- Manage and mentor data analysts
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
- Define clear career progression paths
- Coach team on business acumen and data storytelling
- Own the team’s delivery pipeline
- Implement sprint planning or intake processes
- Protect the team from ad-hoc requests
- Focus on high-ROI projects
- Serve as point of contact for Director-level stakeholders
- Negotiate roadmaps and manage expectations
- Translate Ads division strategy into quarterly goals
- Ensure dashboards and analyses align with ad revenue and vendor ROI
- Review team’s SQL queries for optimization
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive
- Ensure presentations answer the 'So what?'
- Collaborate with Staff Data Analyst
- Operationalize advanced machine learning models
- Integrate churn prediction and lead scoring into workflows
