In this role, you will lead transformative SAP S/4HANA projects, collaborating with executives and partners while advising clients on their digital journeys. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing solutions, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving business development.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience
• •Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformation projects, including turnaround or recovery initiatives
• •Strong programme and project management skills
• •Industry experience in financial services, life sciences, or pharma
• •Solid hands-on experience with SAP and understanding of S/4HANA architectures
• •Excellent analytical skills
• •Dynamic leadership capabilities
• •Appreciation for flat hierarchies
• •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• •Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field

• •Shape offerings to strengthen market presence
• •Map processes and facilitate critical decision-making
• •Manage programs and projects with complex stakeholder alignment
• •Oversee change management initiatives
