Anforderungen
- Proven experience in ML engineering or data science, ideally in cybersecurity or operations
- Proficiency in Python with strong ML framework knowledge
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy or similar
- Familiarity with security data sources (SIEM logs, EDR telemetry, network flow, authentication logs)
- Solid understanding of ML lifecycle: data prep, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
- Experience with data pipelines and storage technologies (Airflow, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with ML and security specialists
- Prior experience in threat detection, SOC operations, or security automation
- Knowledge of adversarial ML, graph analytics, or behavioral modeling in security
- Experience integrating ML models into SIEM pipelines or automated detection frameworks
- Exposure to LLMs and AI engineering (prompt engineering, RAG, agent design), awareness of LLM risks
- Application encouraged even if not meeting all requirements

- Evaluate and tune models to reduce false positives
- Ensure model outputs are interpretable for SOC analysts
- Build and maintain data pipelines for security data
- Collaborate with security engineering on data handling
- Explore LLM-powered tools to automate SOC tasks
- Apply guardrails to ensure accurate and safe model outputs
- Stay current on security data science and threat detection advancements
- Prototype and test new ML and AI techniques
- Improve detection content through statistical analysis
- Deploy ML models into production securely and responsibly
- Implement monitoring and retraining for deployed models
- Document methodologies and performance metrics
