- Client mindset with proactive and solution-oriented approach
- In-depth knowledge of Lombard credit principles, structuring, policies, regulations, and industry practices
- Experience in creating special product-related LTV campaigns and new product credit policies for Lombard lending areas
- Client-facing and advisory experience in negotiating and structuring Lombard solutions including cash, guarantee and derivative trading usage
- Ability to provide Lombard credit training to client-facing staff for identifying and advising on Lending client needs
- Understanding of Lombard exposure risk management from collateral and client top-up perspective
- Support conceptual development of Lombard simulation and monitoring tools for enhanced client lifecycle management
- Experience in Lombard pricing models, pricing exception approval processes, and commercial aspects of Lombard pricing
- Experience in marketing to enhance Lombard promotion material like brochures, presentations, intranet/internet pages, case studies & training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg and other departmental software applications
- Relevant experience in a Lombard credit-related role, preferably in a large bank with significant Lombard exposure to high-net-worth clients
- First line experience and proven track record in developing a lending offering within a bank
- Solid stakeholder management skills with motivation to actively influence lending business growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required; University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Business English mandatory, German is an advantage

- Liaise between Front, Credit Structuring, and Credit Risk Management
- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Develop new Lombard product policies
- Develop first line monitoring processes for new products
- Enhance marketing material and presentations
- Promote Lombard Lending globally
- Create and coordinate regional Lombard campaigns
- Support product investment solution units
