Aufgaben

• •Manage multiple productions and scale Fever Original IPs
• •Oversee all aspects of productions, including logistics planning and vendor contracting
• •Conduct technical site assessments and evaluate venue readiness
• •Develop and manage production budgets, optimizing resources
• •Identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures
• •Lead and support a team of producers and oversee recruitment
• •Source and manage freelancers, vendors, and service providers
• •Ensure quality service delivery for infrastructure and installation
• •Coordinate bids, negotiate schedules, and manage onsite teams
• •Supervise onsite work to ensure quality, timing, and safety
• •Acquire necessary permits by coordinating with stakeholders
• •Create production timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
• •Identify inconsistencies between creative concepts and technical requirements
• •Act as a liaison between creative studios and onsite teams
• •Collaborate with internal teams to drive event deliverables
• •Develop and maintain technical documentation, including equipment lists and risk assessments
• •Maintain an up-to-date directory of freelancers and service providers
• •Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences
• •Work with the Project Management team to meet client expectations
