You will drive the company's fintech innovation by providing expert legal guidance on crypto and financial products while ensuring regulatory compliance across a dynamic European ecosystem.

Anforderungen

• •Completed law degree (Master/Diploma)
• •Degree from Austrian or German university preferred
• •Foundation in commercial, civil, corporate, regulatory law
• •Fluency in German and English
• •2–3 years post-graduate professional experience
• •Experience in law firm or in-house counsel
• •Experience in financial institution or fintech preferred
• •Understanding of financial products and digital platforms
• •Knowledge of crypto-assets and e-money frameworks
• •Analytical thinking and strong drafting skills
• •Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• •Ability to translate complex legal concepts
• •Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable personality
• •Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• •Confidence to work independently

Aufgaben

• •Advise on white-label projects and product innovation
• •Support the rollout of new financial offerings
• •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Operations
• •Draft and negotiate white-label agreements and terms
• •Review internal policies and regulatory filings
• •Provide guidance on e-money and crypto services
• •Develop internal processes to enhance legal governance
• •Coordinate with regulators and external counsel
• •Support marketing activities and financial promotions
• •Manage legal aspects of vendor activities
