- Manage labor and employment matters in EMEA
- Provide strategic advice on employment agreements and consultation processes
- Support compensation, benefits, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects aligned with business priorities
- Oversee employment-related disputes and litigation with external counsel
- Develop and conduct training on labor and employment law topics
- Manage outside counsel on significant projects
- Monitor and address legal issues and developments proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs
- Share knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment
