Aufgaben
- Lead and support contract projects, including structuring, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Manage legal work and instruct outside counsel for Operations EMEA and Germany
- Support global legal strategy for construction and development projects in Germany
- Oversee contract management and governance, maintaining relevant legal documents
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with business, authorities, and third parties
- Assist with legal due diligence for various group matters as needed
- Provide practical advice on complex matters in Construction, Public Policy, and Employment/HR
- Coordinate with and lead external counsel on regulatory and legal requirements
- Develop standard forms, templates, and policies, identifying opportunities for automation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization in the Legal department
- Offer proactive, business-focused legal advice to support Vantage's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with the Operations team on drafting and negotiating maintenance and service contracts
- Support the EMEA Legal team in advising on supply chain and commercial contracts
- Manage outside counsel for jurisdiction-specific legal advice
- Assist in designing and implementing processes for contracting and compliance matters
- Develop templates to enable effective business operations while managing risk
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Development to ensure operational success
