- Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements
- Advise on legal implications of AI for innovative projects
- Collaborate with Employment law team on privacy initiatives
- Assess third-party vendors, conduct DPIAs, and ensure TOMs compliance
- Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Manage privacy policies and DPA template library
- Handle daily data subject requests and complaints
- Provide legal guidance on security-by-design and privacy-by-design
- Offer ad hoc legal advice on data privacy
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Support Happiness Delivery team in resolving customer inquiries
- Advise on day-to-day commercial topics and emerging legal risks
- Maintain and optimize General Terms and Conditions
