- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience
- Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Several years of experience in project work
- In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and HR processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes
- Manage and control your own stream in collaboration with project management
- Contribute HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions with structured documentation
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and cost estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues in resolving complex issues and transfer knowledge
- Mentor young professionals
- Provide continuous training in hard and soft skills
