- Strong laboratory and analytical skills in biopharmaceutical process development
- Strong troubleshooting skills in biopharmaceutical process development
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Ability to present results in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies
- Strong collaboration skills in international environment
- Strong communication skills in international environment
- Ability to work independently
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with laboratory systems and computerized processes
- Ability to provide technical training to team members
- Ability to provide technical guidance to apprentices

Aufgaben
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments
- Conduct SDM studies for product optimization
- Evaluate data and create study reports
- Present results to global partners
- Maintain and train on laboratory equipment
- Develop and update SOPs
- Improve and renew laboratory infrastructure
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies
- Conduct analytical work for deviation investigations
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting
- Write and present reports in cross-functional teams
- Comply with safety guidelines and regulations
- Use and maintain safety equipment
- Report and eliminate hazards immediately
- Contribute to safety goals and culture
- Support apprentice training programs
- Comply with global quality systems
- Collaborate with CSL sites and functions
- Train team members on equipment
- Implement continuous improvements in lab processes
- Review SOPs as subject matter expert
- Train new staff and apprentices
- Guide lower-level lab employees
- Research and apply relevant literature
- Propose and drive new technology introductions
