- •Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
- •Several years of experience in strategic process consulting or internal transformation
- •Expertise in project and program management, ideally with PMP or PRINCE2
- •Proficiency in BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma and modeling tools
- •Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- •Effective communication across all organizational levels
- •Fluency in German and English
