Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, FinOps, technology financial management, cloud economics, or portfolio operations
- Strong track record supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost attribution, showback frameworks, and infrastructure investment decisions
- Deep analytical skills and understanding of cloud/hybrid infrastructure economics
- Familiarity with cloud pricing models, asset management, and cloud financial management tools
- Leading through influence and driving alignment across complex organizations
- Skilled communication and collaboration with global teams
Aufgaben
- Establish and operate business, financial, and governance mechanisms for infrastructure decision-making
- Support infrastructure forecasting, budgeting, showback, and financial planning
- Improve infrastructure financial visibility across cloud, on-premises, AI, shared platforms, storage, and compute
- Translate infrastructure usage, cost, ownership, and forecast data into decision-ready insights
- Partner with finance, portfolio, and technical teams to connect infrastructure demand with budget planning
- Develop infrastructure economic analyses, business cases, and decision-support materials
- Support implementation and improvement of cloud and on-premises attribution and showback methodologies
- Strengthen ownership visibility with scientists, software engineers, application owners, product owners, RDT, and infrastructure teams
- Contribute to governance models for AI infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, GPU, shared, and emerging platforms
- Support implementation of lightweight, scalable, and usable governance mechanisms
- Support compute capacity planning across cloud and on-premises environments
- Identify optimization opportunities with RDT, cloud providers, and technical teams
- Support commitment planning, vendor engagement, and infrastructure cost optimization
- Provide financial and operational insights for architecture and workload placement discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholder groups
- Facilitate alignment across R&D, RDT, finance, and procurement
- Support European stakeholder engagement and governance alignment
- Translate complex infrastructure, financial, and governance topics into clear recommendations
- Drive progress through influence, collaboration, and structured decision support
